EventPlug Provider Agreement

By applying as an EventPlug provider you agree to these terms in addition to EventPlug Terms of Service

Verification and trust

We verify identity before you can accept paid fares. You must provide a valid National ID number. We may require a photo or scan of your ID, phone verification, and manual admin approval. ID number alone is not always sufficient - admin may request documents before approval.

Independent contractor

You are an independent service provider, not an employee of PaTom Connect. You set availability, accept or decline fares, and deliver services directly to hosts.

Payouts & platform fee

Escrow releases to your registered payout method after event completion, minus the platform fee disclosed in admin settings. You are responsible for taxes on your earnings.

Insurance and safety

You must comply with health, safety, and licensing rules for your service. Where applicable you must hold public liability insurance (and food-handling, transport, or equipment cover as required). We may ask for policy details or certificates before or after approval. You are responsible for claims arising from your work, staff, and equipment. PaTom escrow does not replace insurance.

Cancellations & no-shows

Platform cancellation and no-show fees may apply after a fare is matched. Repeated violations may lead to suspension.
